Bookings

Your booking is confirmed when we have received 25% of the rent by bank transfer within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the reservation deposit is in our account. The second part of the rent must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. If the arrival date is less than 30 days after booking, we ask you to pay the whole rent immediately. If the balance is not paid before the specified date, your reservation will automatically expire. In this case you will not receive a refund of your reservation deposit. 

Any costs for extra meals and drinks consumed in our bar will be paid in cash at the end of your stay.

 

Cancellation

There are no costs if you cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before arrival date. If canceled up to 30 days before arrival date we charge 50% of the reservation deposit, up to 15 days before arrival 50% of the whole rent and for cancelling less than 15 days before arrival we charge 75% of the whole rent. 

We do not refund any amount if you cancel on the spot or leave early.

These terms and conditions are valid for each kind of cancellation. We advice to take a good travel and cancellation insurance.

 

Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing by email. You will receive, also by email, a confirmation of your cancellation.

 

Exceptional conditions for forced cancellation regarding Covid-19

We provide, in the context of the current corona situation, a 100% refund or the possibility of free rebooking in the event of a forced cancellation of all direct bookings for a stay up to December 31st 2021. Only valid in case you have to cancel before departure date due to government decisions about Covid-19 (prohibition to travel, closed borders, no flights, lockdown, contamination, ...).

 

If, due to a new outbreak, you cannot go home because your flight has been rescheduled or canceled, you can count on our 'cost price guarantee'. This means that you will stay the extra days at 50% of the mentioned rental rates per night, meals not included. In that case our guest room Chouffe will cost € 35/night and Casita Mayo will be charged at € 55/night. The prices of the meals remain unchanged: € 7,5 per person/day for breakfast and € 19/€ 12 per person/day for dinner (drinks not included).

 

Arrival and departure

Guest room Chouffe and Casita Mayo are available from 03.00 PM on the arrival date and check out is possible until 10.00 AM on departure date. You can check in until 11.00 PM. Other time arrangements on demand and according to availability.

 

Liability

The owners of Casa Sarandy cannot be held responsible or be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, caused during the stay or related to the use of the facilities on site. Your stay at your own risk.

 

The Gift card Sarandy

  •  is valid for one year from the date of issue;
  • is personally and can only be used by the person(s) the gift card was given to;
  • is settled on the rental prices per night excl. extra booked meals and drinks in the bar;
  • can not be exchanged for cash when the total rental price is lower than the amount of the gift card.

 

By paying the reservation deposit, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
