The 'taste' package

Good food and drinks are part of the daily life of the Spaniards. It won't surpise you there is a very rich tradition of local products and dishes. This holiday we literally want to let you taste Andalucía and tell you the story behind some local specialties.

During your stay of 7 nights in our guest room Chouffe or Casita Mayo:

you will be goat keeper for one day, visit a goat farm and taste some homemade cheeses.

at the Molino de Hortelano you will learn about the old and new way of processing olives into olive oil. Tasting included.

wine expert Ron Haarman takes you behind the scenes of some authentic bodegas, where you can explore all types of regional wines.

together we go 'tapear' in a local bar after a walk in the jurassic landscape of the Nature park El Torcal.

Sarah will learn you in a pratical way how to prepare your own delicious paella.
